At NIOvalTV we don't capture or store a lot of information on you, but what we do hold we take your privacy seriously as no one at NIOvalTV likes being bombarded with Spam and don't feel you should be either.

What do we store?
If you visit our website but don't order anything from us then we don't collect any information for you.
If you order anything online from our website then paypal will place cookies on your computer to facilitate the transaction.
Your paypal details (including name, address, e-mail address, phone number) will also be stored in our paypal account, e-mail and a digital copy will be stored on a secure computer for 6 years for accounting purposes.
In order for us to post out goods your Name and Address will also be stored in our Royal Mail Address list as well as being detailed in transactions on our Royal Mail Account.

NIOvalTV will not add you to any mailing lists of our own and will only contact you in the event that there are issues or querries with an existing order.
NIOvalTV will not share your information with any third parties.

We cannot remove your details from any of our transactions for accounting reasons but if you wish to be removed from our Royal Mail address book you can e-mail niovaltv@gmail.com and request your removal.
